We make all our lollipops by hand at Lollipop Lane; Although we always do our best to replicate the product photographed, petal or trim placement and natural bubbles will be unique to each individual lollipop.

Please make sure that your lollipops are kept in a cool, dry place. They are best consumed within 1-2 weeks of receipt, but the quality can be maintained for up to 12 months if they are properly cared for. We advise you to keep them in an airtight container. Lollipop Lane cannot be held responsible for any melting or breakages once your order has been received.

Small parts, such as the ribbon, may pose as a choking hazard. Please ensure that children are supervised whilst consuming our products.

All our Lollipops are handmade to order; We therefore require 5-10 working days before your order is dispatched to you.

If you would like to place a bulk order for more than 50 lollipops, please contact us to discuss delivery date.


We currently only offer delivery within New Zealand. All orders up to the value of NZ$75 will be sent by NZ Post, orders above this value will be sent via courier for next day delivery.


Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns. Please let us know within 24 hours of receipt of your order, if there are any problems.


Orders cancelled more than 4 weeks before the delivery date will receive a 75% refund. Refunds will not be given to cancellations within 4 weeks of the delivery date.
